Innovated lots of new things in real estate including the first to computerize RE by creating the first CRM system, the first Escrow system, the first RE office management, the first aggregation of multiple MLS’s onto a single computer. Etc 

Served as a director on Realtor and Mortgage Boards – President of SRAR- vice chair of Carrots which was an organization to help MLS’s share their data
