Welcome to Outwest Marketing, a professional networking group dedicated to fostering meaningful business relationships, generating referrals, and supporting the growth of each member’s business through collaboration and trust.
By joining or participating in Outwest Marketing, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to professionals and business owners who are committed to active participation, collaboration, and ethical business practices.

Each member must represent a specific industry or professional category. Only one active member is allowed per category to avoid conflicts of interest.

Members must submit a completed application and be approved by the leadership committee.
2. Member Responsibilities

Attend weekly or scheduled meetings consistently. Excessive absences may result in review or termination of membership.

Actively refer and support other members when opportunities arise.

Engage in one-on-one meetings with fellow members to build relationships.

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in all group activities, both online and offline.
3. Fees and Dues

Membership fees (if applicable) are due as scheduled and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Members who fail to pay dues on time may be suspended or removed from the group at the discretion of leadership.

Any changes to fees or billing schedules will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
4. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to uphold integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.

No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will be tolerated.

Members may not use group meetings or communication channels for aggressive solicitation or spam.

Breaches of this code may lead to warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the group.
5. Confidentiality

Information shared within the group, especially during presentations or one-on-one meetings, must be treated as confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Members must not disclose sensitive business or personal information of other members without consent.
6. Intellectual Property

Any materials, presentations, or branding provided by Outwest Marketing remain the intellectual property of the group and may not be reproduced without permission.

Members grant permission for their name, business, and logo to be featured on group materials, directories, or promotional content unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated voluntarily by the member at any time with written notice.

The leadership committee reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member for failure to comply with these terms, non-payment of dues, or behavior that disrupts the integrity of the group.
8. Limitation of Liability

Outwest Marketing is not responsible for business transactions, referrals, or agreements made between members.

Each member is responsible for conducting due diligence and entering into business relationships at their own risk.
9. Changes to Terms

Outwest Marketing reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to all members via email or group communication channels.
10. Agreement
By participating in Outwest Marketing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
