Ron Henderson is President of Multi Real Estate Services, Inc. Ron is a Graduate of Realtors Institute, Certified Investor Agent Specialist, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Energy Efficient Expert and was the corporate property specialist in charge of corporate relocation and foreclosure services for the nation’s largest real estate company. Ron originated mortgage loans as a loan broker since 1989 and is well versed in the constantly changing lender loan programs and underwriting guidelines. As a Wholesale Account Representative for a subprime mortgage lender in the 1990’s, Ron acquired hands-on experience in the “backend” workings of the mortgage origination and secondary (Mortgage Backed Security) market. Ron is deeply involved in real estate policy and advocacy. He currently serves as the 2025 Government Affairs Committee Chair for the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. He previously chaired the Government Affairs Committee for the California Association of Mortgage Professionals (2017–2018) and served on the Government Affairs Committee for the National Association of Mortgage Professionals, engaging with lawmakers in Sacramento and Washington, D.C., on critical real estate and finance issues.
